Vehicle mounted drilling rig:
1. The overall structure is reasonable, with a high degree of containerization and a small footprint.
2. Adopting heavy-duty 8x6, 10x8, 12x8, 14x8, and 14x12 constant drive chassis, equipped with hydraulic power steering system, it has good off-road performance, lateral stability, and reliable operation of all components.
3. The diesel engine and hydraulic transmission box are matched reasonably, with high transmission efficiency and reliability. The winch and turntable can be driven by electricity.
4. The main brake adopts band brake or hydraulic disc brake. The auxiliary braking system adopts pneumatic water-cooled disc brakes or water brake models.
5. The turntable transmission box can achieve forward and reverse gears, suitable for forward and reverse drilling rod rotation operations, and is equipped with a reverse torque release device to ensure safe release of drilling rod deformation.
6. The mast is a front opening, double section set forward tilting mast shaped mast, or an upright double section set mast, with hydraulic lifting and retraction.
7. The drilling platform is a two body telescopic or parallelogram structure, which is convenient for transportation and lifting. The size and height of the platform can be designed according to user requirements.
8. A comprehensive solid control, well control, high-pressure manifold system, as well as supporting facilities for generator rooms, pump rooms, and duty rooms, can meet the different requirements of users
